Ability to check for dropped frames

Please describe exactly what would make you happy :). At the end of the day there is no guarantee that there will be no dropped frames from any camera. This is a hard limitation of the way data is collected and transmitted in these systems.

• In the bonsai library, each frame produced by the Miniscope comes with a FrameCount. This is incremented on the DAQ every time the scope sends a frame. If the count increments by more than 1, then some number of frames were dropped between the DAQ box and the computer, which is possible.
• Some cameras will embed frame count information into each image at the camera itself that can be used later to detect lost frames. The UCLA miniscope does not do this, and so if a frame is somehow lost between the scope and the DAQ box it will not be indicated. However, this is almost impossible without just fully loosing camera connectivity.
