Update OpenEphys.py #87

I'd like to suggest the following update. (I'm a new to OpenEphys, so I could be wrong.)

  1. file -> open
  2. print'' ->print('') for python update

Assuming this PR was closed because you found the Python3 folder which contains the updated OpenEphys.py script.
