Property xref should go to property #70

I want to link to ContextTask.AcquisitionClockHz. I use this xref: <xref:OpenEphys.Onix1.OutputClockParameters>, but it just takes me to the top level ContextTask page (same as .../OpenEphys.Onix1.ContextTask.html)

This is definitely possible. They do it on the Bonsai docs using the modern template (they make minor tweaks to the template but those seem irrelevant to this issue). I don't know if I'm breaking something in our custom template that's causing these <see> tags to point to the page instead of to an html element with the relevant id on the page.

For example, navigate to this page and click on one of the "Factor" hyperlinks. Here is the relevant source code.
