Multiple entries per enum value for `PortStatusCode` #73

In the PortStatusCode enum page, there appears to be duplicate entries for every enum value.

Note that this does not appear to be the case in the published website, but does appear in my local builds. if this is just a local problem, we can ignore it, but I want to check it after PR #71 is merged.
