ConfigureNeuropixelsV2eBeta.ConfigureProbeStreaming() writes to the wrong register #284

This line should write to NeuropixelsV2eBeta.OP_MODE instead of NeuropixelsV2eBeta.REC_MODE

Currently the probes do not produce data.
