Update tether docs for strain relief feature on PCB #28

The headstages now how integrated strain relief that is used with a wider diameter silicone tube. This should be documented. An example of tubing that should be used is this: https://www.mcmaster.com/tubing/id~1-32/od~1-16-1/.
