Managed register address offset is wrong #34

In Device Datasheets for devices with unmanaged registers, the offset for managed register addresses is specified as 0x00010000 when it should be 0x00008000. See, for example, https://open-ephys.github.io/onix-docs/Hardware%20Guide/Datasheets/rhd2164.html.
