hub-programmer should include driver in its command line options #1

Right now, riffa is hardcoded to be the only device driver. However, this should be an option.

I think I will probably rework a bit both this and the bf_pre so they use the ketopts.h file used in repl, for more convenient defaults and parameter specification.
