This PR

This PR adds rudimentary tracking for the Operator killercoda tutorial. Identical to #12 and #13, this tracking captures only the number of markdown page loads. No user data or PII is captured.

With this data, we can say only "intro.md was loaded X times" and "step1.md was loaded Y times"...
