[Proposal] Integration with OPA #26

I think it would be great to standardize integration with a policy engine like OPA - I was looking at https://optoggles.opal.ac/ which could integrate with OpenFeature standard but somehow I see to many layers

It looks like OPToggles watches for OPA changes and syncs them with LaunchDarkly. From there, the normal LD SDK is used to perform flag evaluation. Could you please elaborate a bit more on what you would like to standardize?

I was suggesting the same approach of OPToggles to be implemented in OpenFeature
