Research and document various feature flag vendor client-side SDK APIs. This is a continuation of the existing API Comparision research. The research should help identify gaps in the spec that needs to be addressed for client-side feature flagging.
Considerations and questions:
real time flag value updates (via event propagation, perhaps?)
PII handling
targeting-key/user-identification differences from server side
bulk flag evaluation (pulling all flags at once)
error handling
do hook semantics apply just as well on the client?
can we use the same interfaces as the Node.JS SDK?
