Add Linux Foundation Footer #4

The Linux Foundation (LD) require that a badge is added to the footer of the website.

ensure LF footer is there and [website guidelines](https://github.com/cncf/foundation/blob/master/website-guidelines.md) followed (if your project doesn't have a dedicated website, please adopt those guidelines to the README file of your project on GitHub).

hey, I'm interested to take this up. Is there a specific text that should go with the logo?

Hey @Sreejit7, that would be great! The CNCF has guidelines posted here.

I would recommend that the text says "OpenFeature is a Cloud Native Computing Foundation sandbox project" with the CNCF logo below. You can also see an example of what it could look like near the bottom of the Clusterpedia website.
