This issue tracks the implementation of the Protect parser.

Defined in the spec:
- Chapter 4: Control Tags | Protect
- PDF page 55 (footer page 53)

Note: It's not obvious in the spec but this tag allows an optional MD5 hash. It is explained in the textual description but missing from the table.
