Configure workflow to use Metashape floating license #5

Set up floating license to work on farm cluster and desktops.

When you call slurm with a metashape resource, it should load the folder containing the license file into the path/environment.

Unnecessary. License setup is now part of general software setup (described in this repo's readme). #29
