Add instructions for internal users #60

I added instructions to README.md for how internal users can get set up. Namely, I said, "Run conda activate meta". I'm not sure if you would like more documentation or if you would like to change the format, so let me know what you think.

I decided to move the **Reproducible workflow scripts:** Simply clone this repository to your machine! line to the Usage section. I realized you had a bolding theme going on in the Setup (Python, Metashape, and Metashape license are all bolded). Since I split the Setup section to External Users and Internal Users it would be awkward to have Reproducible workflow scripts: Simply clone this repository to your machine! below both sections because it makes it seem it's only applicable for Internal Users.

Let me know what you think or if you want to modify the structure.
