Offer options to skip login and confirmation pages #2386

Some of our forms are simple 'One pagers', which consist of only a few fields to fill in and a 'send' button. To accomodate these simple forms and make filling them as simple as possible, we'd like to be able to skip the 'Start form' button - as well as the confirmation page.

I did find this https://github.com/open-formulieren/open-forms/issues/1313 ticket, which seems to be implemented. However, it doesn't include an option to skip the login page for forms without authentication.

To skip the confirmation page, I'd envision an option in this here field saying 'Ja (zonder overzichtspagina)' image

Those all sounds like reasonable requests.

One major challenge is skipping the login/start page though, as we need an actual human to start the process. Simply creating a submission every time the form is displayed will fill out your database quickly, especially if this is done by bots/crawlers.
