As a user, I expect a clear and accessible error message when something goes wrong that causes this error page to be displayed. This is important as it provides clarity and confidence while using the forms provided by our organization. An error message should inform users about the exact problem and guide them towards possible solutions.

Refinement: The underlying cause needs to be found and resolved, to prevent hitting the generic error boundary.
