Update translations to reflect new glossary items. #77

This PR updated the glossary: https://github.com/open-gitops/documents/pull/65 This PR added page anchors: https://github.com/open-gitops/documents/pull/67

Scott's note:

There were a few other bugfix PRs merged since then too. I would say at this point folks can just translate from main

Hi, I requested today the CNCF Slack, takes forever to receive the E-Mail :-) with the joining instruction but i guess tomorrow i will be online. In the meantime where can i find the Document to translate it into German?

Hey @drkruegerherten, you can find the documents under the i18n subdirectory here in the directory. First we have the Glossary document plus in the same time we can also have a look at the german Principles document. If you open a PR you can @ me there, I'll take a look

Hey @drkruegerherten ! You can also have a look on the PR and drop a review there. This is an open community where everyone can review and contribute. We will take every Feedback serious, especially when it's about the principles and glossary :)

@JaimeMagiera volunteered to do some promotion to get help with the Hindi translation since it seems to have stalled. We also need a review on the polish translation.
