French traduction #83

thanks @lrochette ! There are two files to be translated, PRINCIPLES.md and GLOSSARY.md. There is work on both in #84, therefore seems farther along as it's fully ready for review. would you mind giving that PR a review? Feel free to propose GitHub code suggestions there if needed.
