A lot of research and thoughtful effort went into making the GitOps Working Group and OpenGItOps project as open and inclusive as possible, as well as to be self-running and fairly self-governed. There is always more work to be done.

We can take the next steps by creating an OpenGitOps contributor ladder 🪜

This could be added or linked to from the OpenGitOps Contributing Guidelines.
