From Events Committee meeting today (postmortem on GitOpsCon EU 2021, and starting to plan the next one during KubeCON NA 2021) this question came up.
We just registered the gitopscon domains: .dev, .io (for fun), and .org. Someone already registered .com and .net unfortunately. In any case, if anyone knows who did, please let us know. Perhaps they did so with the intention of transferring it to the CNCF GitOps Working Group GitOpsCon organizers. If not, we may have to ask CNCF legal to help. But let’s start by assuming good will and try to work it out 🙂
