How To Reproduce

Play Jak 2 and get unlucky

Does this problem occur on original hardware or PCSX2?

Yes, it's unique to OpenGOAL

Expected Behavior

The game doesnt hang

Observed on multiple environments.

Game Version

NTSC 1.0 (black label)

Have you set the game to something other than `60fps`?

No

This isn't a crash in the graphics thread, it's an infinite loop in goal.
