Describe the Bug
After playing jak 2 for a period of time (4-5 hours) the game will speed up or go slow-mo (including cut scenes.) as far as I know you have to either deal with it or create a new save file to return to normal speed.
How To Reproduce
not sure why it happens apart from the fact that it only starts to happen 4-5 hours into gameplay (there is no area that triggers it)
Does this problem occur on original hardware or PCSX2?
Yes, it's unique to OpenGOAL
Expected Behavior
for the game to stay at normal speed. not faster or slower.
