a complete guide on setting up a new language for the game(s) all the information is up-to-date and provides plenty of screenshots of code and stuff in-game to help people translate the game easier also some changes to original text to fix typos

also clashes somewhat with subtitle translations doc as i copied some information over as its the same process for both
