template for adding info on the different jak 2 versions #243

i only have access to the og US version so yea template

Do you plan to work on this? As you mentioned right now it's just a copy of the Jak 1 file so this isn't mergable. If the intent is to make a page as a starting point for others who are capable, I'd suggest changing the page content to explicitly say that instead of it copying Jak 1's -- then we can atleast merge that.
