System should be able to monitor gravity as the fermintation process it's happening.

Really cool device. I haven't had a chance to play with it because of the price point. $300 with the temp probe is a high price point.

Yeah, I agree. Measure gravity through out the fermentation process is a pretty awesome feature. Ideally it would be something that can be hacked together with off the shelf parts.

For sure it's an awesome feature and agree that ideally we could hack something together.

It looks like we could hack something together. Unfortunately Beerbug doesn't open source hardware or software. We're going to have to do some reverse engineering and figure out what sensors they use.

Edit: I thought it wasn't open source but it looks like it is!

Edit2: I lied. That repo is temp monitoring only.
