Test out Dockerfile(s) for building docker images #3

I received the following error while trying to build the Dockerfile-arm file

[8/9] RUN npm install:

12 0.193 ERROR: npm is known not to run on Node.js v12.4.0

12 0.194 You'll need to upgrade to a newer Node.js version in order to use this

12 0.194 version of npm. You can find the latest version at https://nodejs.org/

@Adamlip1334 were you building this on your Rpi?

I have checked each of the Dockerfiles, and can verify that each Dockerfile builds a docker images without error.
