Bluetooth connection still shows the old name after rename #56

1) LP app is not able to re-establish Bluetooth connection with ESP32 after a few times paring with ESP32 2) When renaming the sensor via bluetooth, the esp sensor name got changed but LP app bluetooth still shows the old name. One will have to reboot the esp32 or reload Lp for LP bluetooth connection to show the new name.
