Document standard horizon files #10

These are the files created by default with hzn dev service new:

Troys-MBP:operator troyfine$ ls horizon/
dependencies        pattern-all-arches.json service.definition.json userinput.json
hzn.json        pattern.json        service.policy.json

though the pattern files don't always make sense, so I believe they should be excluded from a "minimum" list
