Twitter link typo in README.md #18

The README.md mast head Twitter "button" has a extraneous character which breaks the https://twitter.com/lf_edge link.

Fix the link in https://github.com/open-horizon/.github/blob/master/profile/README.md

I see that anurag8546 is proposing to fix this in #17

Since I've tripped on the broken Twitter link several times, I fixed it in https://github.com/open-horizon/.github/commit/fe3ffa3f02752b64090434bdbfe05d881b2f6147
