Feature Request: Realtime Workload Metrics - EdgeLake installation script #4093

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Based on the sub-group work in Realtime Workload Metrics, create EdgeLake installation and EdgeLake uninstall scripts. Ideally these would live in the agent-install folder in the anax repository.
