As discussed on the July 29 Open Horizon TSC meeting, Intensivate and others are interested in Open Horizion support of RISC-V. The agent-install.sh script will need to be modified.

Add riscv64 as a valid microarchitecture. Likely initially using Debian but potentially Fedora has RISC-V rpms available too.
