I've incorporated instructions from Demopans and Mosquito, and verified these in three separate installations.

This closes Issue #138

@joewxboy Someone asked me about the agent running on Windows. I went searching for these instructions and found this pending PR that never merged. I recall my comments / suggestions, but I must have missed the next step. Let's look this over again?
