Fix of test-mgmt-hub.sh after removed SDO support. #163

Two errors occur when running the tests (./test-mgmt-hub.sh) after following the instructions: https://open-horizon.github.io/docs/mgmt-hub/docs/

Reason is historical test code for SDO-related things, that were replaced by FDO in the meantime.
