Issue 565/566 : Feature Request: mqttbroker/helloSecretWorld Converge on one Dockerfile #577

  1. Adds a single Dockerfile for both services
  2. Removes all other redundant dockerfiles (Dockerfile.amd64 / Dockerfile.arm / Dockerfile.arm64)
  3. Modifies the Makefile accordingly for both services

Fixes #565 and #566 : mqttbroker/helloSecretWorld Converge on one Dockerfile
