ilo2_ribcl plugin fails to run against Gen10 #1962

When the ilo2_ribcl plugin is configured to run against the Gen 10 servers, the following error is seen. Jul 11 14:43:11 openhpi-mohan openhpid: ilo2_ribcl: ilo2_ribcl_discover.c:514: ilo2_ribcl_do_discovery(): response parse failed. Jul 11 14:43:11 openhpi-mohan openhpid: ilo2_ribcl: ilo2_ribcl_discover.c:134: ilo2_ribcl_discover_resources(): discovery failed. Jul 11 14:43:11 openhpi-mohan openhpid: ilo2_ribcl: ilo2_ribcl_discover.c:324: ilo2_ribcl_discovery():failed
