hpi_shell gives the following error on debian

hpi_shell - This program came with OpenHPI 3.6.1 SAF HPI Version B.03.02

Attempt to unlock mutex that was not locked Aborted

The above error happens on other platforms also (RHEL/SLES) but not regularly.

This bug is duplicate of the bug "#1900 hpi_shell fails attempting to unlock not locked mutex". So closing the issue as duplicate.
