Remove libsysfs dependency

Debian has been warning the libsysfs is obsolete and it is going to be removed. This plugin is hard coded for i2c bus. Need to check if this plugin is still used by anyone. If this plugin needs to be retailed then few sysfs calls used by this plugin need to be replaced with the new calls from libudev or gudev.
