Make openhpi work with the new version (1.1.x) of ssl libraries #1973

Make the ssl to compile and work with the new version of ssl, 1.1.x, to be released. More details on how to port is available at https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=859543 ifdef code may be required to make the package to work with old version as well as the new version.
