Parameter dynamicBalance was removed in Annex60 and should be removed from IDEAS/Fluid/HeatExchangers/GroundHeatExchangers/Borefield/BaseClasses/BoreHoles/Examples/Interfaces/partial_SingleBoreHoleStepLoad.mo
