Refactoring exercise 3

• Part 1 of exercise 3: the orientation of the window is not specified.
• During the crash course yesterday, there was a lot of confusion in part 2 of exercise 3. Under required models, IDEAS.Buildings.Components.Shading.Screen is written. Hence, the participants think that they have to drag that model into their model. However, they have to select that model as a replaceable model via the dialogue/parameter window of the zone model.
• The same holds for part 3 of exercise 3. The required models section can be removed, and we should indicate to select the occupancy schedule and the lighting details via the dialogue/parameter window of the zone model.

We also might decide to perfectly align exercise 3 and the IDEAS tutorial.

@lucasverleyen When aligning the IDEAS tutorial with exercise 3 of the crash course, should I assume that the crash course is the reference, and the IDEAS tutorial needs to be adapted based on the exercise sheet provided by the crash course?
