Deploy Application Resources & Create a Placement Rule via ACM

As part of the HTB for ACM, task number six.

In this task we will deploy an application with a subscription, channel and placement rule. We will use the Create Application action in the RHACM Console UI to create the application using the dev app yaml provided below.

Using 'alex' cluster for this task.

I had few issues with the application that was listed, since in the task I was asked to create the application via the UI and this yaml is used while using oc apply. and the fields from the yaml could not be translated one to one into the UI fields.

I contact Ian and Scott to make the documentation of this task more clear. A new version of this doc was created with a new application and more description on how to complete this task. (Thanks to Ben Schmaus).
