Fix issue with "groups" in dimensions lookups #13

Groups are actually subfolders which themselves contain further dimensions. These need to be added to lookups instead of the group lookup

This is BLOCKED by getting in toucb with statxplore people.

Everything apart from HBAI is get-able.
