Using 2022 boundaries for GeoJSON

Q1. What is the delta between this reference and data for e.g. 2019? Q2. For this delta, are the differences substantive in terms of physical geography:

is it a merge of two or more prior geographies?
is it a result of a more complex split (including a merge / split)?
it it a 'small adjustment' e.g. moving a couple of streets over (more likely at ward level)?
