Tidy up the Are We There Yet? team page #1

@adambest @ContraryCamber Don't worry that I've created this issue and added you. It was just a way to let you know where I got up to.

There are now several maps of data by postcode sector at https://open-innovations.github.io/npg-net-zero-hack/teams/are-we-there-yet/ Feel free to edit src/teams/are-we-there-yet/index.njk to add some better descriptive text or more maps.

Yesterday it turned out that the CSV file (src/_data/data/sample_data.csv) had some broken parts part way down the file and that was one of the things stopping me making the maps. I just removed the dodgy lines (they weren't in Leeds).

@slowe Hi Stuart, thanks so much for continuing to work on this and for getting it resolved. That's awesome. I had a look and it looks great! I'll have to find some time to play around with this some more. But in the meantime, please do keep in touch. I have a Carbon Reporting SaaS tool which I've written through www.adakas.co.uk (a company that I founded) and I'd like to build more NetZero-related software services that help firms achieve these goals. Would be great to keep in touch. @ContraryCamber good to meet you as well. Hope the presentation went well yesterday.

@adambest I'm not on LinkedIn, sorry. But it was great to work with you yesterday. I'm just sorry I took so long to sort out the bugs. @ContraryCamber Thanks for the updates.
