Alpha setting for colours #45

On SVG/zoomable maps, so people can still see the background map.

e,g, image here it would be good to still see the major roads, place names for the coloured places.

I've addressed the main aim in two different ways:

  1. The fillOpacity can be set to change the opacity of the whole data layer. This lets you see through to the tiles below but will tend to make it harder to see the data. Screenshot 2023-09-14 at 16-35-51 Zoomable map OI Lume Viz
  2. You could add a tile layer above the data layer that consists of just labels e.g. CartoDB.PositronOnlyLabels. The place labels will vary as you change zoom level.
