Negative values on bar chart displaying as positive #48

Green values should display as negative. The tooltip shows the values are negative.

For normal bar charts (not stacked), negative bars should now show. e.g. Screenshot 2023-09-14 at 12-26-10 Network demand headroom capacity NPG Visualisations

@luke-strange Does this seem like the correct behaviour? If so, we can close this issue, create a new release and upgrade the demo to use that.
