We need to qualify what we mean by "Businesses that are acting with purpose by benefitting wider social or environmental causes"

Related to this, we are using a definition of "owner-managed" businesses that the Data City used in previous work:

The logic we’ve used for founders is:

• A director is appointed within two years of the company being incorporated.
• The same director is, or has been, a person of significant control at the company. A person of significant control means they have shares or voting rights in the company.
• The director is still active at the company.
