Education Dashboard

Zach to share YFF analysis of DfE Apprenticeships data.

This will be presented as headline statistics showing start rate and completion rate, broken down by age group, ethnicity and learning disabilities.

Awaiting confirmation of a Phase 4 - given we need to retender the dashboard I'll close this as won't do for now and we can pick up again in the next phase.
