Explore additional datasets to add into the Constituency dashboard #336

These are the data sources that YFF have advised they would like to see on the Constituency lookup dashboard:

We do not want to replicate this dashboard however this gives an indication of the types of datasets to explore in Phase 4

Awaiting confirmation of a Phase 4 - given we need to retender the dashboard I'll close this as won't do for now and we can pick up again in the next phase.
